Autozamm and the Have National Tour

Mike, Nick, Ben and Jakob are collectively known as Autozamm, who started off in Wellington two years ago and recently moved up to Auckland. Autozamm are due to hit the road later this month on a nationwide tour with The Have.

It has been a busy few months for The Have. After playing with the Violent Femmes and the D4 during Orientation, they flew to Austin, Texas to perform at a packed South by South West showcase. They returned to NZ in time for the worldwide release of the new EA Sports game ‘Rugby 2005’ where their song The Fuzz is a featured track. And they are writing their debut album (due out next year). Catch some of these new songs on this tour.

Autozamm have just finished their debut album ('As For Now') and are looking forward to playing some of the new tracks from the album on this tour.

The nationwide tour is due to start on Friday 22 April at the Grand Hotel in Helensville. Autozamm are more than familiar with touring this green and pleasant land, recently they have been on the road with such artists as Gramsci, The D4 and Sommerset. Recently at one show in Auckland they were spotted by German music producer Florian Sommer who instantly took a liking to the lads and promptly approached them for future collaborations. 

Autozamm's video for You Don't Know Me had the boys slapping and punching there way through 3 plus minutes of rock n roll destruction, and was  filmed in one take. It has been well-received overseas, and this clip has assisted them in recent negotiations for an upcoming UK release.
