Rocking four piece Autozamm have moved their home base from Wellington to Auckland in preparation for the release of their debut album 'As For Now'. Lead vocalist Nick Major confesses that ‘instead of having to travel eight hours to talked to media in Auckland, we may as well move there…then we could walk to these places.’
The album is bound for New York where Howie Weinberg (who has worked with the Beastie Boys and the Smashing Pumpkins) will take over the mastering duties.
Autozamm and The Have head out on tour this April and May. They visit Helensvillie on the 22nd, Auckland on the 23rd, Wellington on the 27th, Christchurch on the 28th and 29th, Auckland on the 6th of May and Hamilton on the 7th. As For Now will be released on Flaming Pearl Records in June.
