Goldenhorse will perform in the USA for the first time this May, when they head over for the 2005 Musexpo. The worldwide showcase selects over two dozen high-quality international acts that will strut their stuff to leading executives from A&R, publishing, radio, touring and media.
The three day event will take place in Los Angeles at the Kev Club, The Roxy and The Viper Room from May the 1st to the 4th. Goldenhorse will follow the performance in the States by re-visiting the UK.
Kiwi programme director Grant Hislop has also been invited over to participate in the Global Radio Forum, a gathering of international proactive programmers which also includes Colin Martin, Head of Music, BBC Radio 2 (UK), Alex Jones-Donelly, Head of Music BBC Radio 1 (UK), Rob Scott, Project Manager Triple J Radio (Australia), Michael Steele, Program Director KDLD "Indie 103.1FM" Los Angeles, Mark Hamilton Station Manager/PD KNRK Portland, Lee Abrams, Chief Programming Officer XM Satellite Radio, Nic Harcourt KCRW Los Angeles, Zane Lowe, BBC Radio/1 MTV Europe, Jeff Pollack, CEO Pollack Media Group, Aaron Axelsen APD/MD KITS "Live 105" San Francisco, Oedipus, VP Alternative Radio Programming Infinity Broadcasting and others to be announced shortly.
The new Goldenhorse album 'Out Of The Moon' is released Monday April 4th on Siren Records.
