Nesian Mystik have announced the launch of their own independent record label Arch Dynasty.

Nesian Mystik released their first single Nesian Style in New Zealand in 2002 which hit number two on the charts and from there the band went on to release five successful top ten hits. Their debut album Polysaturated went number one and achieved quadruple platinum status in New Zealand.

The group have performed in Australia, the U.K and the Pacific Islands and have a large and loyal Australasian following. Their achievements in New Zealand have landed them the following awards:

Lead vocalist, and now label CEO, Te Awanui Reeder describes their decision to start a label as a natural progression, "I have an interest in both music and business and can see nothing more rewarding than giving upcoming local talent the chance to get their music out there and realise their dream as we have".

Although Arch Dynasty's first signings are both hip hop/RnB bands, Label Manager and Nesian Mystik rapper, Feleti Strickson-Pua says the label will reflect the Nesians tastes which are varied and diverse. Donald McNulty will head up Arch Dynasty's A& R role with David Atai overseeing Production.

Tyna & JB's debut single Things Will Be OK is in stores on 4th April 2005. The track features the production skills of talented DJ Sratch 22, a fresh new comer on the NZ hip hop scene.

Tyna's (previously of the Dubious Brothers) free styling talents have achieved the recognition of 2003 NZ Battle Champion and he is currently Auckland’s 2004 Battle Supremacy Champion.

Flow on Show’s frontmen, Neight and Critter bring their blend of hip hop Bay of Plenty styles – beats and flows drenched in fun, sun and the sound of hometown parties.

Their debut signle on the label is a double A-side single Ease Your Mind and Move to the Flow which is due for release 11th April 2005. Flow On Show have recorded singles previously for Mai Music.

Currently working on their second album and developing Arch Dynasty's artists, Nesian Mystik are looking forward to a busy year.
