IN STORES NOW!
Liquid Studios in Grey Lynn, owned by Michael O'Neill and Peter Van Der Fluit (ex Screaming Mee Mees), have decided to start an independent music label called Seed Records to support local bands. The pair were "frustrated by how many talented people we know who haven't been able to release their music".
Along with helping Steriogram with their early demos, they are currently financing and recording demos & recordings for The Unusuals and The Larry Normans this month and also John Barker's (ex-Jester) band Nephew, who have already had great interest from overseas labels in LA.
