Flight Of The Conchords nominated for Billboard Touring Award

The nation's fourth most popular guitar-based digi-bongo acapella-rap-funk-comedy folk duo, Flight Of The Conchords, have been nominated for a Billboard Touring Award for their tour of Australia and New Zealand earlier this year.

The duo made up of Bret McKenzie and Jermaine Clement are in the running for Top Comedy Tour alongside the US ventriloquist Jeff Dunham and British comedian Michael McIntyre.

The awards are based on the Billboard Boxscore chart and recognise box office success and industry achievement between October 1, 2011 – September 30, 2012. The 9th annual Billboard Touring Conference and Awards will be held from November 7-8 in New York City.
