Peter Posa debuts at #1

Legendary NZ guitarist Peter Posa shot straight to number one in the Official NZ Music Charts this week with the release of, ‘White Rabbit: The Very Best of Peter Posa’.

 

The greatest hits album is 24-track compilation spanning 50 years of Posa’s career, including the 1964 chart topper, The White Rabbit, the biggest instrumental hit ever in NZ.

 

Posa began his rampage of the scene in the 60s with releases through the Stebbing Zodiac label and Viking Records, as well as performances with some of the top artists of the time. Oh, and he was made an honorary chief of Fiji.
