Theaudience.co.nz funding recipient July 2012

Auckland singer/songwriter Lisa Crawley has been named the winner of NZ On Air’s ‘Wild Card’ Making Tracks grant for her song What Would I Give. The song was the most popular ‘unreleased’ track for the month of July on music discovery website theaudience.co.nz, which sees Crawley pocket a healthy $10,000, to be put towards the production of a music video and recording.

 

Lisa is the second recipient of the grant since the website’s inception in May, which now boasts 500+ users, 400 released and close to 700 unreleased tracks from local musicians.
