Making Tracks funding deadline this Sunday

The deadline for the July round of NZ On Air's Making Tracks funding scheme is looming and will close this Sunday 1 July at 5pm. NZ On Air has funded 324 projects (from 1,216 applications) since the scheme was launched 12 months ago, which rings up to a total of 2.5 million in funding dollars.

Artists can apply for up to $10,000 per song – made up of $4000 to record the audio track and $6000 to make a music video for it. All acts are limited to just three grants a year, meaning a maximum of $30,000 in funding per annum, per act.
