Coromandel Gold back for 2010

Whitianga will once again host Coromandel Gold to ring in the New Year. Making its premier in 2009, the festival sold out in less than three weeks with more than 10,000 festival-goers attending the event. Coromandel Gold 2010 will be held in the surroundings of Ohuka Farm, 3km from Whitianga on December 31. The line-up includes Shapeshifter, The Black Seeds, Tiki Live, Katchafire, Ladi6, State of Mind, Little Bushman and Sunshine Soundsystem.
Early bird tickets go on sale at 9am on August 5 from www.coromandelgold.co.nz. General tickets on sale from 9 August from Ticketmaster.
