IN STORES NOW!
There is a triple whammy of indie goodness taking the reins of the October low hum rollicking road circus.
Having just been nominated for Album of the Year at both the B-net and Tui NZ music awards, The Phoenix Foundation accompany A LOW HUM on the road this October.
They left New Zealand to win over the indie pop fans in Australia after releasing one of the finest NZ records around. It has been a criminal amount of time before they've decided to release another record, but its coming soon, and to introduce us to the new songs, ex-pats Cassette are flying back home to join The Phoenix Foundation at every show on the tour!
And just so that punters don't faint in an indie pop heaven overload, it will all be broken up with the break beats, disjointed, eclectic MPC mastery of Phelps & Munro . Responsible for 'Slow Poke', Phleps & Munro, the enigma, the mystery is about to play for the very first time in the South Island.
As always, entry includes a copy of the new issue of A LOW HUM magazine and the 10 track CD which features new songs from: The Phoenix Foundation, Cassette, Signer, Dead Pan Rangers, Eskimo, John White, Tunnel to the Sun, The Dears, Xanadu and Cortina.
