L.A Mitchell new Songwriter in Residence at UoA

Soul songstress L.A Mitchell has accepted the position of inaugural Songwriter in Residence 2009 for The University of Auckland’s Popular Music Programme. L.A will mentor around 40 young Kiwi performers and songwriters this year and will be available to students to talk about songwriting and performance as well also coaching them on vocal production skills. The UoA Popular Music Programme is excited to team up with such a dynamic artist as L.A as a great way to get the new Songwriter in Residence initiative underway.
