Dawn Raid Return

Dawn Raid's main men Brotha D and Andy Murnane attended the 2007 Pacific Music Awards held on May 31 to collect the award for Best Pacific Female Artist on behalf of Aaradhna. Typically they made sure their attendance didn't go unnoticed, wearing their trade mark oversized, big printed t-shirts - these ones emblazoned with the legend: "Dawn Raid, back in business!"

This has come about through the financial assistance of two renowned business players, John Barnett (a principal director of South Pacific Pictures, who amongst other thgings own a majority share of Satellite Media amongst other enterprises), and Michael Stiassny (a chartered accountant with considerable experience in insolvency and company restructuring). This has enabled Brotha D and Murnane to regain the Dawn Raid back catalogue and publishing rights.
