Musicians in Training Starts at Khuja

Auckland's Khuja Lounge is  presenting  a new weekly early evening showcase of talented aspiring musicians from the Auck University School of Jazz.  Called 'Musicians In Training' (MIT) it will be hosted by local legend Karen Hunter and the first session will be this Wednesday July 28, from 7 - 10pm. 

Karen and The Regulars will open and close each show with a set of Karen Hunter originals mixed with funk and jazz standards. The rest of the show will feature different students in bands and solos, duos etc.

Anyone interested in performing on Wednesdays' MIT sessions contact Karen on 376-4873. Door fee is a gold coin for students and $5 for everyone else.
