In other news from the Hill, the Arch Hill website has had a bit of an overhaul. The new site includes updated pages for bands on the site, some new photos, a bunch of videos by Pine and Fang, some low res. (non-downloadable) songs streamed including the new Pine single SeeSaw and the new Fang single Yellow. There is also the Fang track Bring the Girls which is a new internet only b-sidey kind of a song. There are also tracks by other Arch Hill bands Ghostplane, Lanky, David Mulcahy and Dappled Cities Fly. The webiste was excellently re-constructed and re-designed by Mr Hayden Sinclair...look out for more improvements and updates in the near future.
Ghostplane's EP 'The Panther Valley Country Club' has been nominated for the best pop album at the B-bet awards.
David Kilgour is off to the USA to play at the Merge Records (his US label - home of Lambchop, Superchunk, American Music Club and many others) 15th anniversary party and then he will return to play some shows in September celebrating the release of his album 'Frozen Orange'.
Pine's new video See-Saw means the band doubles in size (numbers - not girth) and you may have already seen it on the telly. If not it will be on the website very soon.
