The New Freedom's First Gig This Wednesday

The new lineup of the new freedom is playing its first gig at the Dog's Bollix on Wednesday March 15 (that's tomorrow!).
They will be debuting ten original songs you have quite probably never heard before.
the new freedom is a pop-rock three piece based in Auckland, New Zealand, which features the soul-influenced vocals of Marshall Smith, combine with Duncan Jackson's sweet tenor and the funk guitar of Tom Fox. This new line-up also features Andy Donnelly on bass and Barry Widerstrom on drums.
If you are wondering why the name is familar, songwriter Marshall Smith was nominated in the APRA Silver Scrolls 2004 for his song Grey Boy.
Lauren Thomson will be doing a half-hour opening spot at 9.15pm and the new freedom will take the stage at 10pm.
