IN STORES NOW!
A Low Hum magazine launches its June issue and tour with this month's bands The Fanatics and Disasteradio. Each month A Low Hum takes an independent band or two on tour to celebrate their magazine launch.
The Fanatics are an electro-rock two-piece from Auckland made up of David Green on vocals/programming and Tom Clark on vocals/guitar. The Fanatics' first 7" single Girl hits the stores this week and keep an ear out for their new song Dead. The Fanatics' second single Models grabbed attention of b-net listeners right around the country, doing well in b-net Top Tens nationwide as well as the NZ Alternative charts.

Disasteradio has been producing "electrock" since late 1999 and has made quite a stir on the free mp3 sites (namely mp3.com and IUMA), and has only recently begun producing albums (2X CDr releases distributed by Red Letter Zine Distro.) Disasteradio consists of one man (Luke Rowell) who uses both software and hardware synthesizers.
