Crowded House's current US tour looks to be a huge success, attracting regular rave reviews, typically noting just how real the music is, as well as a series of guest appearances from A-list artists such as David Byrne. Illustrating just how much the consummate entertainer he is, Neil Finn even attracted lavish audience praise this week for having a break down in his guitar effects chain, just as the band were due to launch into Fall At My Feet. With the stage roadie fiddling around unsuccessfully wit the effects board at his feet Neil turned to his keyboard and made up a brief ditty about the sound problems, keeping the audience more than happy for the five minute-plus interruption.
