Augustino: One Day Over

By Mikhal Norriss
Augustino’s debut album 'One Day Over’ featuring the hit singles In and Out of Nowhere and Into the Grain is a radio friendly album bursting with even more potential hits. The track listing contains catchy pop tunes that reward the listener with infectious lyrics, captivating riffs and richly textured vocals. The album opens with rockier numbers such as Goin’ Downtown and Collapse then eases into slow ballads such as Say and Oh Bravo. Although not particularly adventurous or entirely original, Augustino have made an album with something for everybody to enjoy. It was produced and engineered at Studio 203 and York St. by Andrew Buckton (The D4, Sommerset), with Augustino’s front man Sean Clarke assisting with the production duties. The result? A polished album where each song naturally progresses into the next. Out now on Sony.
