Happy happy joy joy! An album of self-professed bubblegum music, mixed onto an old reel-to-reel machine. As the press release says, this album was “painstakingly pieced together using musical instruments”, and the songs include such uplifting and inspiring lyrics as “Bub, bub, bub wah sha dooby” and “Oooh, nyah nyah nyah nyah”. Fantastic. The brainbaby of Warren K Thomas, the album was a homebirth, attended by a coterie of musical guests. Listen to it on headphones and it puts you directly on the set of Happy Days. With its sha la la choruses, cheesy keyboard sounds, and jangly guitars it'll take you back to the good old days just the way they never used to be. Makes you want to shout, shimmy and shake, in roughly equal proportions. Related Information
